While our management, administration, and customer support teams operate from our headquarters in Netherlands, our inventory is dispatched directly from our trusted partner fulfillment centre in Asia (China).

2. Taxes, Duties & Customs

All prices shown on our website include UK VAT where applicable. We ship to the UK on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means Veyra London handles all import formalities, and there are no additional customs fees or taxes to be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order's progress directly via our Track Your Order page. Please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update after the initial dispatch.

  • Cancellations: Requests must be made before the order is processed. Once dispatched, the standard return process applies.
  • Damaged/Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty item, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
